The Practice
Established in Fort Myers, FL, in 1994 by Jonathan M. Frantz, MD, FACS, Florida Eye Health is a well-established and growing practice which now has locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Lehigh Acres, and Naples.
Our practice involves primary eye care with a significant emphasis on cataract and refractive surgery, including LASIK. The Florida Eye Health practice includes The Center for Laser Vision Correction, The Aesthetic & Cosmetic Laser Center, and Suncoast Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility.
