The Practice
Established in Fort Myers, FL, as Florida Eye Health in 1994 by Jonathan M. Frantz, MD, FACS, the practice changed its name to Frantz EyeCare in late 2012. It is a well-established and growing practice which now has locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Lehigh Acres, and Naples.
Our practice involves primary eye care with a significant emphasis on cataract and LASIK surgery. Our Suncoast Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility located adjacent to our Fort Myers location.
