Local Cataract and LASIK Specialist Jonathan M. Frantz, MD, FACS, has announced that Ann S. Layman, OD, has joined the medical team at Florida Eye Health. As one of six board-certified optometrists at the practice, Dr. Layman is a primary eye care provider who specializes in examination and diagnosis of eye diseases, vision conditions, testing for eyeglasses and contact lenses, and provides pre and post-operative care of surgery patients.
Dr. Layman received her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago, and graduated from St. Louis University with a BA in Psychology. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Florida Optometric Association.
