Jonathan M. Frantz, MD, FACS, is pleased to announce that Garrick R. Layman, OD, has joined the medical team at Frantz EyeCare. As one of seven optometrists at the practice, Dr. Layman is a primary eye care provider who offers comprehensive and routine eye examinations, diagnosis of eye diseases and other vision conditions, testing for eyeglasses and contact lenses, and provides pre and post-operative care of surgery patients.
Dr. Layman graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry and received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Florida. He has been practicing Optometry in southwest Florida since 2001. Dr. Layman is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association and the Southwest Florida Optometric Association.
