Area Cataract & LASIK Specialist Jonathan M. Frantz, MD, FACS, is pleased to announce that starting this week two of his board-certified Optometrists, Dr. Aaron Judd and Dr. Juan Canizales, are now seeing patients at the Lehigh Acres office of Florida Eye Health located at 3020 Lee Blvd. Both of these doctors speak fluent Spanish and English.
Dr. Canizales joined the Florida Eye Health medical team in March 2006 as an optometrist in the Naples office and will continue to see patients in Naples as well. Born in Madrid, Spain, Dr. Canizales lived in the United States all his life and moved to Southwest Florida from Miami, FL. He received his Doctor of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Dr. Judd joined Florida Eye Health in October 2006 after serving five years as Captain and Optomerist in the US Army, including a year in Iraq. Dr. Judd also sees patients in the Punta Gorda office of Florida Eye Health, which opened in January 2007. He received his Doctor of Optometry, Summa cum Laude, from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis,TN.
Doctors Judd and Canizales are primary eye care providers who specialize in examination and diagnosis of eye diseases, vision conditions, testing for eyeglasses and contact lenses, and provide pre and post-operative care of surgery patients.
