Frantz EyeCare has added a link on our website so patients can now order contact lenses online. To get started, patients must first register with the optical department at Florida Eye Health to get their username and password before ordering online. They can then go online and view all CL products and prices, select their lenses and have them shipped directly to their home (for a small shipping fee). Once an order is placed, the appropriate FEH office is notified, and after the optician’s approval/validation, the order is shipped. Those ordering online may also elect the auto-renew program for the duration of their valid prescription.
If using vision plan insurances or paying by a method other than a credit card, the patient must contact the office location of their last visit directly. If ordering online patients are required to pay using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. They will receive an invoice with their shipment, which they may submit to their insurance company.
